Tim is a site manager at Genesis and comes to us with over forty years of experience. Tim leads the day-to-day construction effort on specific Genesis sites by managing and coordinating various subcontractors and work flow. In his professional experience, Tim has overseen projects that have ranged in value from $500,000 to $30 million. He has been involved in the construction of a wide variety of product types ranging from construction of high rise residential to a Pharmaceutical campus complex.
