03/29/06: Jersey City Redevelopment Agency executes agreement with Genesis Jersey City Partners, LLC to purchase city-owned lots and construct Webb Apartments, a mixed-use retail and affordable housing development on Martin Luther King Drive in Jersey City

March, 2006: Genesis, in Partnership with Full Spectrum of NY, designated by The City of New York Department of Housing Preservation & Development to develop two clusters of sites in final competition for vacant city-owned properties. (read more)
